I appreciate that someone rectified the issues with the guests above us yesterday but last night was the worse. At 1130pm just when we’re about to go to bed, that’s when all the footsteps came in. Seems like they just arrived in their unit . We got woken up again at 4am with footsteps right above us and my daughters were woken up again at 6am. This is a real deal breaker for this vacation as we want to do this during the day and rest at night. It makes it so much harder to enjoy your vacation when we’re not well rested.

Everything is great but the people above us keeps us up all night and wakes us up in the morning with stomping and jumping . If they will be more mindful about their actions, we will have an enjoyable vacation. They aren’t the only ones entitled to a relaxing vacation.

We are very please with the unit and surrounding area here . Starting with Check in the staff has been really responsive and helpful .

It would be nice to have some vending machines with snacks, water & soda. From what we saw there would probably be no room to have this but continental breakfast would of been nice. But we LOVED staying here and despite those things missing it is not a deal breaker, we will for sure come back to stay there.

The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday who "saved" s'mores night for my nieces by running across the street to get marshmallows!
