The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The resort manager went out of his way to assist us with any questions or needs we had. We also really enjoyed the large community rec room where we were able to host a happy hour / pizza dinner for our family who were in for our daughters wedding.

Clogged toilet. Door did not close properly. Noisy ice machine in refrigerator that woke us up. Room furnishings were worn out. Lipstick stains on multiple towels. We were given an "accessible" room even though I booked a regular studio.
I would go to front desk reception (during opening hours) and wait. No one there to help.

Humm. The oven door conflicts with the refrigerator placement. Correcting this would make a lot of sense.

Not sure. We would love to bring our dog here but totally understand the no pets policy. Everything else was pretty great!
