On the DVD player there was an option to choose Netflix but there was no network access. That would be a good feature to have available. Thanks
It was great to be able to use the snow shoes.!!

The associate at check in - Nikola - told us about 4 times via phone and in person that our reservation should have been cancelled because an employee mistakenly booked us over the Christmas holiday on our bonus time. We weren’t aware of this ‘rule’ and someone happily booked our stay knowing we are owners. It made us uncomfortable and not very welcome. Other than that, he was friendly but we didn’t need to be told this multiple times. He should have just cancelled it instead of making us feel bad for their error.. very unhappy about that part of the experience. Otherwise, the housekeeper was very sweet & accommodating.

I was upgraded to a two bedroom!!!

We are enjoying the gym and playing foosball. Thank you for letting us participate in finding the golden pinecone. We are making many more memories.

Room was clean and warm.

Cozy. Comfortable. I like the gym in the sauna even though it’s small. On all of the machines, though I cannot put in the time on how long I want to use them. Maybe someone could show me how to do that. It always says nine hours and 15 minutes and I cannot change that

I always enjoy my time at Redwolf. This is a pretty regular stay every year and it’s always enjoyable!

Location doesn’t get much better than right at the base of Olympic Valley. Great lodge and spot!?

Our visit was great. It was nice to see the friendly staff faces, new and from previous years. We enjoyed the activity we participated in and were happy to see all that was planned. Looking forward to our next visit.
