Red Wolf's location is excellent. It is very close to the Village restaurants and shops, and about 200 yards from the Funitel Gondola. When the snow coverage is good, you can ski right up to Red Wolf. Facility is high quality, with hot tubs and a club house. Staff is very helpful.

RCI HAS LOTS OF EXPENSIVE FEES AND RULES. RCI COULD REDUCE THE EXCHANGE FEE, AND CHANGE THE RULES TO MAKE IT EASIER TO COMBINE TRADING POINTS WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY A TRANSFER FEE. RCI HAS TOO MANY JUNK FEES! THE RCI WEB SITE IS CLUMSY WHEN SHOPPING FOR TRADING POINTS FOR VACATIONS. USERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET NOTIFIED WHEN SOMETHING THEY ARE LOOKING FOR BECOMES AVAILABLE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO FREQUENTLY CHECK INVENTORY.

Lodge was perfectly located, two hot tubs were great as was the clubhouse with extra kitchen sauna and gym...but walking to the slopes and village was the best perk...rooms were clean...fold out sofa bed was also decent

I was unable to get onto a secure Wi-Fi connection. The connection would not give me an opportunity to put in the password so it was never secure.

Friendly, helpful staff always make us feel “at home”. I was excited to see the new equipment in the workout room and used it while I was there. Thank you for the welcome breakfast and prompt service to fix the Directv. We’re grateful to the staff who turned in my husband’s Resmed he left on the luggage rack. Nicola (sp?) helped us with the return process. Thank you again!

Thank you for making it such an easy and wonderful stay. We really appreciate all of the flexibility and hospitality and friendly support. It really makes it feel like a second home.
